Closure

Caitlin hears the word closure and automatically wants to know as much about it as she can.  She looks in her dictionary (her best friend) and finds out that it means "to let go of", so she tries very hard to find closure.  She tries many things.  Her guidance counselor tries to get her to make non-dictionary friends for finding closure.  Caitlin wants to finish making the chest to find closure. After a lot of work, Caitlin and her dad finish the chest, giving her closure, the climax of the book.
